Confirm the customer matches the right zone

Free Shipping belongs to a shipping zone. If another zone matches first, the Free Shipping method you are looking at may never be evaluated for that customer.

Check the Free Shipping requirement

WooCommerce can require a minimum order amount, a valid free-shipping coupon, either condition, or both. Verify the exact requirement configured on the method.

Test just below, at and above the minimum

For a 500 kr threshold, compare carts at 499.99, 500.00 and 500.01. This quickly shows whether the boundary behaves as expected.

Remember coupons and taxes can affect the amount
